    I have been coming to grit for about a year and a half and think I have finally found my forever gym. The semi private classes are SO fun and unpredictable. They change the format every 12 weeks so that you have a new focus and the workouts use every type of equipment imaginable (dumbbells, weights, barbell, sled, kettle bells, balls, row, ski, bike, bands, and more) so that you are constantly learning and pushing yourself to move in new ways. They have also formed a very fun community and everyone gets to know each other during the workouts in a way that feels very real and not forced.
    I have to shout out coach Taylor who does such a wonderful job not only coaching but community building. She really tries to get to know you and talk about your interests, how your week went, how your nutrition is going, as well as helps you during the workouts if you need a modification or if you’re feeling pain in a specific area. On top of that she is so much fun and makes the workouts fly by.
    If all that’s not enough, the gym is SO nice and immaculately maintained. All of the equipment is super modern and they literally have everything, including 2.5 lb clips you can add to a dumbbell to go from 20 to 22.5 if you want. I had never seen that in my life and it was so helpful in trying to bump up weight for certain exercises.
    Grit has some pretty generous trial offerings so if you’ve thought about coming there is nothing to lose by trying one of the classes. Even if you are a newbie everyone is super welcoming and the coaches will help you. There is nothing to lose or fear and you may find that you’ve stumbled upon a workout you can actually stick to and see results. Give Grit a try!

    My fiancé and I signed up at the open house and we are so glad we did! We love the semi-private personal training classes, they kick our butts for 50 minutes and leave us feeling energized for the rest of the day! The personal trainers are all great and there to help you push yourself to your full potential.

    My fiancé and I just started at GRIT and holy cow, they’ll whip you into shape! It’s an amazing motivator to get off the couch and get to the gym to take these semi-private classes with instructors who know what they’re doing and push you to do your very best. 50 minutes of hard work leaves us both feeling energized the rest of the day. So glad we signed up!

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    I was a loyal Orangetheory member for years — sometimes going five times a week — and I’ve also spent plenty of time at the YMCA. So I don’t say this lightly: GRIT FITNESS is hands down the best gym experience I’ve ever had.

    I was introduced to GRIT by Wayne Sartin and recently attended their open house, where I received a few weeks of complimentary training sessions. That experience completely reignited my passion for fitness and my overall health. It was truly one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself in a long time.

    The staff is absolutely phenomenal. The trainers and owners are not only knowledgeable and professional, but they are also incredibly welcoming and encouraging. The members have been just as kind — I’m still getting to know everyone, but the culture here is genuine and supportive.

    GRIT FITNESS isn’t just a gym — it’s a community. If you’re looking for a place that will challenge you, support you, and make you excited to show up, this is it.

    GRIT is such a welcoming gym with trainers who actually know what they’re doing and take the time to help you succeed. The space is always clean, the vibes are great, and you never feel out of place no matter your fitness level. I’d highly recommend it to anyone new to fitness or anyone wanting to stay consistent and get stronger.

    Can't recommend Grit highly enough! When I joined last year, I was a (literally) never-before-stepped-foot-in-a-gym newbie, and felt incredibly welcomed and looked after. Love the small class size and the impeccably clean facility. Taylor, Suzanne, and Wes are the typical group class coaches and they rock! It's not cheap but it's still a great value for the level of attention, service, and community you get.
