Our HOA transitioned to Greenscapes on June 1, 2026, after parting ways with another landscaping provider. Our community consists of 452 homes, approximately 50 acres of common areas, and 75 maintenance-free homes where the HOA provides mowing, mulching, and turf treatments. Taking on a property of this size in the middle of the season is no easy task, but Greenscapes made the transition seamless.
From day one, the difference was obvious. Greenscapes deployed a massive crew throughout the community, handling mowing, tree trimming, planting, irrigation work, and general landscape improvements. The transformation was immediate, and the positive feedback from residents has been overwhelming. The countless compliments we’ve received have made the decision to switch vendors completely worthwhile.
As the HOA Treasurer, I can say that Greenscapes was not the least expensive option we considered. However, when it comes to professionalism, responsiveness, communication, and quality of work, you truly get what you pay for. Now seeing what they have done for us, We believe their price was reasonable and fair for both sides of the arrangement. The ownership team is accessible and responsive, their crews are friendly and hardworking, and they consistently deliver on their commitments.

I cannot encourage anyone enough to never use this company. Our neighborhood has used them for at least the last four years. Not only have we dealt with damaged landscaping, gates, and sprinklers, gates being left open when we have animals etc…. But I have also begged and pleaded with the company to let us know when they will be doing our lawn care so we can plan ahead with our dogs and children. Despite being told by the project manager multiple times we will get a phone call, we never have. I have never felt so ignored or disrespected by a company which we pay an astronomical price for through our neighborhood HOA. Avoid at all costs.

They take care of Rivers Landing subdivision and the yards are awful looking. Their mowers smash down the grass and make bare spots.

I have called the irrigation department for 5 days and left messages for a simple turn system back on, yet no one will return my calls. Tired of wasting my time with them.

They don't trim correctly and when mowing they treat it as if it's the Daytona Five Hundred. They really don't cut the grass they smash it down, they also leave ruts in the grass using the zero turn mowers. Very unprofessional
