Our HOA transitioned to Greenscapes on June 1, 2026, after parting ways with another landscaping provider. Our community consists of 452 homes, approximately 50 acres of common areas, and 75 maintenance-free homes where the HOA provides mowing, mulching, and turf treatments. Taking on a property of this size in the middle of the season is no easy task, but Greenscapes made the transition seamless.

We’ve gotten more snow this week than our city has seen in years. Greenscapes is contracted through our HOA and they have done an AMAZING job. Clearing roads, salting roads, and always very professional. They came through multiple times, not just once! I’ve heard so many stories of other neighborhoods with HOAs and their roads were never plowed, etc. I am thankful for Greenscapes for keeping our roads safe and passable.
