Jesse is GREAT to work with! Easy to talk to, very informative, and really cares about the work he’s doing. He explained the whole process but still kept it in his own hands so we didn’t have to deal with any confusion. Answers quickly to any questions that come up, and advocates for you if insurance pushes back!
Jesse Hunt has been great to work with. He is a professional at what he does. Communicates well, timely, and effective in getting insurance claims approved. Generally we avoid door to door sales since most are very pushy and unprofessional. But Jesse and his team know their stuff, aren’t pushy and rude, and were good to my family while at our property. Good to see actual customer service isn’t dead!
I called after seeing this business listed positively on the BBB website. The owner himself took my call and and his employee (Mike) came out to my house. Both were incredibly responsive, informative, and professional.They went out of their way to help me solve a problem that is not within their normal services. I would absolutely reach out to them if I needed remodeling services. Wow!
