Took my 6 year old granddaughter in for a cut, so she would have fresh hair for her Barbie themed birthday party tomorrow. The stylist was very patient, explained some texture techniques that my granddaughter understood. Very happy with the service and overall customer service at this location.
I brought my granddaughter for her haircut , she was very nervous because her hair is so thick and has a hard time brushing it. And I am so very thankful for the hairstylist Stephanie she stepped in after the other hairstylist had my granddaughter in tears handing her a brush telling her she had to brush her own hair making her feeling bad about herself. Stephanie cut her hair and she is loving it. She showed my granddaughter compassion and gave her confidence with her new look. Thank You Stephanie for your beautiful soul.
I've been to the store.Three times . 2 times my haircut was perfect. I was there yesterday to get a haircut before my daughter's birthday party. When I came in the lady that normally cuts my hair was not there. There. Was a white lady and there was an asian lady. The Asian lady.Notice me about 5 minutes after I came in. She was busy on Her phone rather than checking me in. After she checked me in, she went back to playing on Her phone and after about 15 minutes told me she was ready. Being that I've been there twice. They have the way I like getting my haircut in their system again. Told her what I wanted and when I was done it was a haircut nightmare.
