U don't need an appointment, but if you don't wanna wait, you can just check in on their site and text you when it's your turn. My daughter is very happy with her cut.

This location was incredible. Even though they were busy, they were able to fit me in within 30 minutes. I am particular about how I want my hair done, but jade did amazing and the results were flawless for me. Highly recommended.
