Granite Empire of Louisville exceeded ALL of my expectations! They installed countertops in my kitchen. They did such a good job, I had them come back and install the same pattern in both of my upstairs bathrooms! They were beyond punctual and professional. And Christina is EVERYTHING! Her customer service is outstanding and she knows her stuff! By the time everything was complete, I felt like I had made a friend. She’s knowledgeable and FAST! Whatever they are paying her, it’s not enough! Outstanding company that I highly recommend! 5 plus stars!

We decided to upgrade our countertops and chose Granite Empire, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. They had the best slab selection since they work with multiple suppliers, which gave us access to a wide range of options. They truly have countertops for any budget without compromising on quality.
Originally, we found two Taj Mahal slabs from MSI that we really liked. However, Cristina later showed us even better Taj Mahal slabs from Cosmos; and the price was better as well.
The installation was completed right on schedule. The installers were professional, courteous, and did a great job cleaning up afterward. The seams are practically invisible — truly seamless work. The sink they offered is honestly the best-looking sink I’ve ever seen and perfectly complements the countertops. Cristina and the management team consistently checked in with us to ensure everything went smoothly throughout the entire process.
If you’re looking for a trustworthy and professional company for your countertops, Granite Empire is definitely the company to go with.

I first met with Emily & picked a slab on a Saturday, they came to my home the following week for precise measurements, and 10 days after first picking out the granite- it was installed! Absolutely wonderful to deal with!! Had two bathroom vanities installed today. They came out on time to do the measure. They came out on time to do the install and the price was unbelievably low! Emily Gypsy was a wonderful sales person to deal with! I cannot recommend Granite Empire enough! Lastly, it is not often a company exceeds your expectations!

Had the worst trouble finding kitchen countertops we loved at a price we could afford ! Granite empire was absolutely amazing customer service was top notch from the very beginning until after installation! The installation went smoothly and they were very polite neat and quick !! Highly recommend! Our countertops are beautiful and the price was right on point !
