Came in for removal of my lipoma and it couldn't have been a more pleasant experience considering the circumstances. My doctor and nurse were so pleasant and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Answered all my questions and concerns.
Jacquee McNear was great! She listens, is compassionate and knowledgeable. My only concern is that as we left we encountered an unhappy patient with an ugly rash that wanted to be seen as a walk-in and was turned away. I don’t know the particulars of her interaction with the staff, but we have nothing but good to say.
