McKayla Haas was my NP. I had not met her before and found her very personable. I made the appointment before my appointment was due because I had a sore on my forehead that wouldn't heal. She looked at it and decided to do a biopsy. She was very good about explaining each step she took and why she was doing it. I have an allergy to preservatives in the Canes and she went out of her way to make sure what she used was preservative free. I also had a small spot on the back of my hand that looked like the psoriasis was trying to come back. She looked at it (not much bigger than a pin head) and froze it. Professional, intelligent Dr and staff. I came in early for my appointment. The front office staff was very friendly , kind and spoke to medical staff to allow me to be seen 3 hours early. I 100% recommend Dr Ricketts and his staff. They see patients as people not numbers.
Makayla APRN is a great provider. I’ve gone to Forefront Dermatology for microneedling 4 times. My skin has transformed dramatically and I’ve been getting compliments. Makayla is friendly, a good educator, and easy to get along with. I appreciate that Makayla gave me a custom treatment and skipped the unnecessary parts.
