“McKayla Haas was my NP. I had not met her before and found her very personable. I made the appointment before my appointment was due because I had a sore on my forehead that wouldn't heal. She looked at it and decided to do a biopsy. She was very good about explaining each step she took and why she was doing it. I have an allergy to preservatives in the Canes and she went out of her way to make sure what she used was preservative free. I also had a small spot on the back of my hand that looked like the psoriasis was trying to come back. She looked at it (not much bigger than a pin head) and froze it. It was in the same area where I had experienced the original outbreak so I was glad to get that taken care of too. I was very impressed with McKayla, her thoroughness and thoughtfulness. I look forward to working with her for a long time.”
