I did my nail two days ago and I paid $76 for service plus tip that’s more than $85 and look what happen next day to my nail. It’s really bad and they are using a very cheap product. I didn’t do dishes I didn’t do anything. I am on vacation.

You won’t leave this salon after your first visit. The entire staff is friendly and professional. They actually remember you and call you by name (no matter how difficult) after your first visit. The salon feels like a family. I trust anyone to do my nails, but Mimi is my go to for nail art that always beats my expectations/pictures. Each time I visit, I am reassured that my 20 minute drive is worth every minute. They even go above and beyond for my mom who can be quite the unsure customer. Go to this salon…RUN! Thank them and tip them well before you leave.

Worst customer service I ever experienced. Went here for the first time with a few friends despite it not being the one I usually go to. Halfway through my manicure he pulled out his phone and was on it for about 5 minutes without saying a word to me. After a while I asked him if he was going to finish my nails and his response was “yeah sorry I forgot”. He also refused to do a French manicure when i get them frequently at Nail Box salon. If you get the guy covered in tattoos just walk out and save your time and money.

It’s with reluctance that I post this, but my experience at this salon has continued to decline unfortunately over the last six months. Recently, I brought my daughter with me for mani/pedis that I ended up regretting. Her nails were the equivalent of a train wreck and even when going back to have them redone, turned out badly. Mine chipped not even twenty four hours later. After having one corrected, another chipped later that day. I’ve had good luck with them before, but lately the quality has worsened. No one has time to spend going back to a salon for corrections, especially at the prices charged. When I pay for a manicure, I don’t expect just using a dremmel tool to sand down the cuticle, which is painful and leaves bleeding nail beds. I, unfortunately will have to take my business elsewhere.

I was visiting from out of state and was in the area. Decided to try this salon while my friend was at an appt. Had mani/pedi on Thursday and on Sat/Sun, I noticed gel polish had already starting to wear off fingers! My toes still look ok. I thought gel polish would last longer. Will try to reach out to salon on Tues (7/2) as they are closed on Mon. Returning home in a few days. It would be nice if they would do a touch up and not charge an outrageous price.

I was a loyal customer for 2 years but today was my last day. It’s Sunday so I knew I’d wait awhile. I waited about 30-45 minutes, which was fine. At first two women were seen before me even though I arrived before them. I brushed that off and remained patient. Then they called two more people before me that arrived arrived after me. They do a really good job but this was unfortunate.

I had a pedi done today and realized they didn’t even buff my heals at all! I was on the phone and wasn’t paying enough attention. I basically paid $40 plus 25% tip for painted toes and she cut one way too short. They didn’t even massage lotion on my legs. I don’t usually complain because she was friendly but feel like she just wasn’t very thorough.

My 2 daughters, 13 & 14, both got acrylic nails with 2 little flowers on 4 nails. They were charged $97 each!!! Their father waited in the car and were not in the salon with them. The girls used their own debit card. This salon added a charge that says custom item for $35.00! This salon took advantage of these young girls, I would suggest you are diligent in reviewing your charges before you pay. See receipt and pictures of each girls nails.
