Fern Creek CrossFit is a highly regarded gym with a welcoming community and exceptional coaches. The facility is well-maintained, featuring top-of-the-line equipment, ample space for various exercises, and even showers. Overall, it is praised for its friendly atmosphere and excellent culture among members and staff.
I love this box! The high point of my trip to see family in Louisville is getting to go to Fern Creek CrossFit. Erick and the other coaches are awesome and welcome me as if I was there every day.
Fern Creek CF has an awesome community and welcoming staff. Workouts are scaled for all abilities. Lots of equipment (GHD's, Air Runners, Bike and Ski Ergs, ECHO and Assault Bikes, Ropes for climbing, Rings for Muscle Ups) by top of the line companies (Rogue, C2, AbMat), that is maintained and facility is well kept. Large rig set up with plenty of space and options for doing any style of pull ups. Oly lifting platforms and set up in the back of the facility. Showers are also available.
This place is the best. Just did our couch to crossfit with Shane. The class is fun buy very motivating. I love the music, the facility and the people. Lots of physical education and people to push you to be your best.
