Got the parts I needed and now the house is nice and cozy again. My furnace is an older model with a scarce aftermarket for OEM parts and the fellas at Ferguson were able to dindy me a compatible universal ignitor that was up to the job. Very friendly staff that know what they're doing. 10/10.

I’m a Regional Supervisor for apartment communities throughout Louisville/Lexington KY, Southern Indiana & North Carolina Region. I deal with several Reps day to day however, Spencer (Rep for Ferguson) is second to none. He’s proven to not only have a wealth of knowledge but to also be a valuable resource for me on countless situation's. Spencer always under promise and over delivers on his commitments which is why we plan to build an even stronger, symbiotic working relationship with Ferguson.
