Family Health Centers (FHC) is a nonprofit community health center with multiple locations throughout Louisville Metro. FHC is open to anyone in need of healthcare, and they offer sliding fee discounts for individuals or families below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. The minimum fee for individuals at 100% FPL or below is $20.00 for medical services and $30.00 for dental services. FHC welcomes patients with or without insurance, and they bill charges according to the patient's ability to pay. They have a team of doctors, nurse-practitioners, and nurses on staff, and they can provide referrals to specialists. The pharmacy opens at 9am, an hour after the main business. I don't know why this isn't specified here on Google Maps. The pharmacy is great, the rest of the place (as of the time of this writing) not so much.
