Either they never answer the phones or when you do manage by some miracle to get someone to pick up and make an appointment, they call you to reschedule at the last minute. And then you have to wait over a month to get your kid in. IDK that it's just a well child checkup. He hasn't had one in years because of their inability to answer a phone. They actually called me because they haven't seen him in a while. That was two weeks ago. The appointment was tomorrow. Now it's not til the end of April. If they reschedule again I'm going to find my kid a new pediatrician because I just can't have people this inept responsible for my child health.

I'm absolutely grateful for my doctor Kellee Duke. I have been facing a tremendous amount of health issues that has caused some difficulties in every area in my life. She has evaluated me referred me to multiple doctors & listens to my concerns she's so determined & has a passion for her patients. I absolutely love her & would recommend her to anyone. She's definitely a blessing & I'm very grateful to have her as my doctor.
