I hesitated to share this since it was not my personal experience but there was an altercation between a client and someone behind the desk. This office handled it with professional. As the client got louder and became unnecessary, the lady behind the desk asked her to leave and she wouldn’t. The client got louder and the lady kept her composure even after she was threatened.
I would like to clarify that I’ve never been one to enjoy going to the dentist. However, after my recent visit, I have to say I’m actually making it a priority! Upon entering, the first thing I noticed was how clean and inviting the office was. I was greeted and with smiles and welcomed in as if I had been there several times before.
After my treatment, Amanda took my payment, rescheduled my next appointment and thanked Me for coming in. Everyone was very kind and personable. I highly recommend!
The best office ever, I get scared of dentists and dr shumway eased my fears, the front office were so kind and sweet and made me feel truly cared about. And my hygienist taught me how to brush and floss better and took wonderful care of me.. you can’t find a better office !!!
