Middletown F45 is awesome! I highly recommend this gym. The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly. They know each member on a personal level. The workouts are personally driven, based on one’s ability. I have attended this gym for 5 years. I feel great and have gotten stronger. I enjoy the friends I’ve made as well. A positive in my life for sure , a win win!!
I’ve worked out at a lot of gyms, and this is by far my favorite. As someone who travels frequently for work, I really appreciate the flexible class times and the variety of workouts F45 offers. I can even stay consistent on the road by using their remote workouts through the app from my hotel.
The coaches are first-class—striking the perfect balance between motivation and fun. They truly know their members, not just as part of a fitness community, but like family. Highly recommend!
I have tried so many different workout classes and I have never felt a sense of community like I have felt here. The coaches, workout buddies, and actual workouts are amazing. I feel so supported here and it keeps me motivated to show up even when I am tired. I recommend F45 to any and everyone I know but you’d be even luckier to workout at this location.
