Prices might initially seem high. When you call all around to other vets though, you quickly realize that vet prices are high everywhere. The customer service might be judged by some as lacking. But truly, I see a lot of folks having a self-proclaimed royalty attitude. They walk into any facility and expect everyone to get out of the line and how dare anyone ask them to wait. In reality, when the customer service seems lacking its probably because they are tending to another customer on the phone or with.. well.. you know.. the other customer complaining. On 11/07/2023 I called my baby was able to be seen in a matter of minutes my black miniature black poodle. He is really sick when I say compassionate, loving , caring all above with max wonderful people. I got answers quickly about his condition also explained everything were I could understand whats happening with my baby. I said I can't go home without him today she understood she even called to check back on him the next day wow wonderful caring place. Max wasn't scared either he actually was excited but she knew he wasn't well. Thank you'll so much (even though I tried and they tried all I can say is I tried) I thank my sister for telling me about this wonderful place sometimes you have to drive or find a ride for better care for your babies and yourself. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
Love them! They had a big slump during Covid and staffing issues played a big part I'm sure , just like EVERYWHERE else. Give them another chance, a lot has changed and they seem to be back on track now.
