I've had to go here 2x in the past 2 weeks. First Panda was discovered to be in kidney failure and Finnegan it was just time for him. They were very professional and caring thru the whole process. Thank yall for being there to help with these hard decisions
It's a busy place, but staff makes sure you are accommodated accordingly. We had an urgent situation with our older dog and staff gave recommendations to another facility to have her seen same day. They also apologized profusely for not being able to see her same day after 2pm which is totally understandable given how busy they are. We also have a dog with cushing's that needs frequent hour long testing. We are allowed to drop him off and pick him up which greatly helps us out as we have a newborn at home with multiple appointments as well
I've been using this vet for over 30yrs for all my pets. We always receive great care every time. I just wish that we didn't have to wait 2 days for an appointment for an ear infection.
