I hope I have the correct location, Dixie Highway. On my initial visit this business would have received a five star but after two return trips I am being generous with 2 stars. I walked in and was put in the computer within a couple of minutes, starting looking for glasses and by the time I had picked out frames Terry called my name. Within 30 minutes I was walking out the door a satisfied customer. I was told my glasses would be ready within 2 weeks. I was good with all of that. Within a week I had a text indicating both pairs of my glasses were ready. So off we go to pick them up. Once in the store I was told only one of the pairs was ready. So I took those. Missy was amazing! We were on a Harley bike trip 6 hours from home and my husband's glasses case flew off the bike onto the highway. Missy went above and beyond her job to match his prescription and get us a pair of glasses made in about an hour!!

Terri Mitchell was amazing, I had lost my glasses and needed a replacement pair, she was so thoughtful and pleasant, She is an outstanding associate that made sure my order was processed quickly and efficiently, she made me feel welcome and not rushed! I enjoyed my time with her very much and even ordered a 2nd pair. Thanks Terri
