We had a mixup with the flowers we ordered online and got someone else’s. I can’t remember who I talked to when I called but she was very helpful and apologized and she sent someone back out quickly to deliver the correct flowers. Outstanding customer service, and the flowers were beautiful!!

I ordered from the UK for my partner locally in Louisville and I had the BEST experience this Christmas with you. The sleigh flower arrangement came early and you sent a replacement on Christmas Eve. You didn’t have to but it was such a wonderful thoughtful thing to do. The care instructions have kept it going strong.
