Today was my 2nd time visiting this business. I've always had a great experience with Derby City Appliance. Very nice and helpful people behind the counter. It's very convenient to have access to appliance parts locally at a fair price.

When my store didn’t have what a customer needed, we would always refer to this company. However after talking to them over the phone for a customer and getting nothing but attitude and rudeness I will NEVER send another customer to you. Your customer service is disgraceful. Talking to someone like they are stupid when they are trying to get your help is appalling. Disgusting people.

I called in and gave my model # for a gasket for my dishwasher to a very nice lady named Mary..I picked it up..the gentleman at the counter were friendly...I ended up not needing the gasket because my son fixed the old one but their return policy doesn't allow returns on gaskets..witch is understandable..but when speaking to the manager about it she became very rude and hateful...I just asked her why it couldn't be returned if it wasn't opened..she didn't appreciate the question..and her behavi

Joe is absolutely fantastic! His customer service doesn't get any better. He's sharp as a tack ! They helped me fix my furnace and gave me excellent advice on fixing a dryer. Only business in town that would sell parts to me even though I was not a contractor. Reasonable prices as well.

I was looking for a replacement glass panel for my fridge and they were able to help me very quickly. They checked the stock and got me the right piece and re-verified when I arrived that the measurements were correct. Customer service was great and I will definitely be back if I need anything in the future!
