After purchasing a part to fix our broken oven and accidentally damaging it ourselves while trying to install it, we returned to the store for another part. Not only did an employee discount the part but another employee, Gaylen blessed us further! We literally sat in our truck and prayed for God to help us before going inside. It’s a tough time for us right now and God was there like He always is! I’m a lifelong customer and will refer others. Not just because they blessed us when we REALLY needed help, but they showed us compassion and love. Gaylen paid for our part and reminded me that there are Good people still out there! Derby City on Hunsinger Lane was great. This was the only place I could find a part I was looking for. They are extremely helpful and very friendly.
