Been coming here for about a year and a half now, never had a problem. Staff are friendly and professional. More often than not, you'll get in early if you check in earlier than your scheduled time. Way nicer than the old place in Shively, and far more convenient than going up to the hospital.
Communication between nurses and patient/physician, are always thorough with me. I realize there are patients ahead and patients behind, we all just need a hand getting better! Thank you!
Building is nice, parking is much better than previous office in Shivley. The Doctors I have seen their have been awesome. The lab is very nice and the staff in their have been awesome as well. The clerks that greet you, check you in, and set up your next appointment are very polite and courteous!
