Daniel Brown Plumbing installed a new toilet and supply line shut-off valve for us today 09/16/2025.. Ted and his apprentice were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and super clean!! In addition, they were prompt on their scheduled arrival time, and when the job was completed , the verbal price quote for the job given over the phone was upheld 100% to the penny. We would highly recommend this company to anyone with plumbing needs..

Same/next day response with honest, fair, up front pricing. Had a cracked water heater that they diagnosed and replaced within 24 hours of calling the first time. Crews are extremely polite, cleaned up after themselves, and don't dillydally with the work. Will continue to use Daniel Brown Plumbing for all plumbing needs.

In order to do the work, the water had to be shut off for the whole condominium building. Josh was very flexible with the scheduling to make sure his plumbers were here at the same time that the water for the whole condominium complex had to be shut off anyway to fix a major underground leak for the whole complex. It took a few attempts to get the scheduling right with delays from the other plumbers doing the major work, but with Josh's attention it worked out in the end.
