I cannot say enough about the efficiency, professionalism and response Daltons men had with a water leak in my home.The attention to detail that James Kammer had with his two guys was impressive and every question I had was answered about the process of restoring what was damaged.He made himself available with matters I was concerned about including understanding how the insurance would work. Chris had spend countless hours going over every detail of my multiple projects. Answered loads of questions. Paid attention to all the details that needed to be addressed or where concerns. Each crew that came out to tend to my home were respectful and responsible. I trusted each crew. Each job was done well and efficiently.

My wife and I had a bat flying around our house Sunday evening. We were able to get the bat out, but were worried that there might be more bats in the house. We contacted James Kamer with Dalton Brown Restoration. James came out the very next day with a thermal imaging camera. He climbed in all of the attic spaces and scanned every wall of the house. He was looking for heat pockets that would indicate bats. The good news is WE FOUND NOTHING! Dalton Brown Restoration did not charge anything for the insepction and my wife and I were able to sleep much better!
