I absolutely loved this place!! Incredible staff, the studio is so clean and wow what incredible services. They offer lymphatic drainage massage rollers that had me feeling like a feather!! I followed with a 30 minute sauna infrared pod and it was so peaceful and a great sweat!! I will be back

After 13 days of travel CYL was perfect in my detox plan! The lymphatic massage machine felt great on all of my sore muscles and will give continued benefits for draining my lymph system. I added the sauna (blue light) for the stress relief effects. I plan to add this routine twice a month!

Have been consistently going for a month now and I have been so happy to notice a pain I had in my knee for the last six months is no longer there.
Staff is the friendliest and their rooms/ saunas are always very clean and relaxing!
