I love the whole team at Crescent Hill! I take my dog and two cats here regularly. My dog looks forward to seeing Dr. Gries for his sugar free marshmallows needs! My cats are straight up menaces and they are gracious about it every time. Thorough, communicative, and trustworthy. 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Gries for years and have always loved this clinic. My cat is having an emergency situation and needs IV fluids and to see her regular vet IMMEDIATELY. The practice manager let me know that if I didn’t have her in their office in five minutes they would refuse to see her. For an animal clinic to have such little care is absolutely atrocious and I cannot see myself ever trusting them with a pets care again.

Have been going with my pup since I first got my pup in the beginning of the pandemic (2020)- always very friendly staff, transparent with pricing, and I know they have my pups best interests at heart! Especially for pups who have a hard time at the vet!!

We have been taking our cat here after we moved neighborhoods and are so impressed. Dr. Gries is wonderful! She takes her time with her exam and is great at explaining things in an understandable way as she goes. She gladly answered all of my questions, and you can really tell she is an animal lover. Highly recommend her and this clinic!

I took my pet in for some issues she was having & while we were there I had the doctor to look at her ear because one of them was more red than usual. She did an exam of her ear & noted that it was normal. A week later the same ear is now having a build up of wax/discharge & when I contacted them they wanted me to come back in for the same exam for only $20 off. When if my issues were taken seriously from the beginning I wouldn’t have to come out of pocket for the SAME exam. Then when expressing this on the phone to Allison at the front desk she was very condescending when speaking to me saying things like “well that’s how an exam goes”. If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would.
