Had an issue with my furnace, and Cool Dog got a tech out to me that very same day. Steve was not only friendly, efficient, and reliable; he went out of his way to help me with a completely unrelated issue that he certainly did not have to take on. Without a doubt one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had with anyone in the past few years. Glad I used Cool Dog and will continue to do so.
