I admit I was quite disappointed with the quality of the cleaning. 😔 It was such a discouraging experience. I literally spent an hour cleaning after you left. I should have done a walk through before you left but I didn't know it was necessary until it was too late. If I ever need assistance cleaning again, I will remember. 1. The floors were not clean completely in ANY of the rooms The surface of the hardwood floors were left dull and smeared. 2. Nothing was moved to clean the floors. 3. The ceiling fans were not cleaned, except the one I mentioned in the living room while I was sitting there talking with Lissa. 4. None of the what knots were taken down and dusted. 5. Nothing was moved on the bathroom vanity to clean it. As a result, there was still dust and dirt on the vanity. 6. Nothing was dusted in the bathroom. 7. Most of the rooms still had cobwebs in the corners. 8. Nothing was moved in the bedroom when it was swept and mopped. Therefore, there were large swaths of dust and debris left in the bedroom floors.
Such a terrible disappointment and that much money was difficult to gather for us. I feel it was wasted.

It is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Leaving trash in open and ripped bag, outside my door. Stating, "They'll never know, will they?" After cleaning a neighbors apartment

These people were at my apartment complex today, working in the building. They honked the van horn repeatedly, 5 or 6 times. I saw a young man leaving the van and asked him to stop. He went inside. They honked the horn twice again.
