They are true hardwood specialists, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. The company fixed a buckle in hardwood floors and completely restored them to perfection. They also fixed a Brazilian Cherry floor refinishing nightmare, sanding down to bare wood again to make things right after another company’s unbelievable mistakes. Deshawn and his crew were very professional, fast, and efficient. They were prompt, communicated clearly, and provided positive daily updates and videos of the project status. One customer had eucalyptus flooring installed, and the crew was very careful to lay everything out harmoniously, avoiding the very dark planks from the trunk of the tree. Another customer was impressed with the excellent job refinishing antique oak floors. Theirs is the second company that had to be hired to redo the mistakes made by the first company which - believe me - were unbelievable, even though the first company insisted they had the “most experience in the industry”.
