Great experience with Chris Harrell. He took the time to understand our concerns and addressed them quickly and professionally. Rachel was also pleasant and professional to work with. His office was very clean, organized and a welcoming, inclusive, and comfortable environment. Although my children were not present, I appreciated that the potential presence of children was considered when I noticed a designated play area stocked with toys. It was also nice to see decor that honored Louisville’s history in an experience that felt less like being in an office and more like talking with a neighbor.
When I met with Chris Harrell he did not promise me the moon, he promised to give me 110% of his abilities. Chris and his staff have been so amazing to me. When I felt I had hit rock bottom they encouraged me to have faith in myself. After m hearing I felt like a weight had been lifted and Chris advised me to be patient and I did. I was approved and now I feel like I can breath again. I strongly recommend Chris Harrell for your disability case. Thank you again Chris & your amazing staff. God Bless You All!!!
Can't argue with the results. Less than two months after we had my disability hearing before the judge, she granted me a favorable judgment. What a relief!
Chris and his staff proved themselves true professionals from the start. When he took the case, he told me that it wasn't a sure thing, because I had done mostly desk work all my life, and my disability was mostly back pain, which prevents me from sitting for very long. But he made it happen.
