I stumbled onto this shop by accident. My daughter's car was hit and the preferred shop for the guys insurance is Caliper Collision in Louisville. I received a call saying they couldn't do the repairs because there was old/existing damage underneath. I argued that she was hit from behind before and that was all repaired through the last claim. The guy who broke the news to me is named Kyle. Kyle took pictures of all the damage that was rusted. It seems as though my insurance companies preferred shop covered almost 3000.00 worth of life saving structure with a shiny new bumper. Caliber Collision performed body shop work to my 2023 Hyndai Elantra and got it back to new again. Appreciate the continuous feedback during the process from pick up by the tow truck to delivery. The car had alot of quarter panel damage and they did an excellent job returning it to original condition. Crystal, Charles, Bruce and Tom all provided great input and customer services.
