I have been seeing Chenica on and off for 15 years! I cried the first time she cut my hair, in a GOOD way! I felt seen and safe and cared for in a way I never had before.
As a Caucasian woman with extremely textured hair I had struggled to find a hairstylist to understood my hair and could teach me how to work with it. Chenica taught me the two-strand twist technique and I have gotten so many compliments ever since. I sing her praises all the time, and can’t recommend her more highly!
