I do not recommend paying upfront for a full year even if a discount is offered. Our family went through extreme hardships and illness I myself am a handicapped Mama 3. The owner stated she would hold our spots and we could come back when able. upon returning my family and I had to pay again for lessons. I lost an entirety of 1650.00 ish in this facility .It is for this reason I do not recommend paying up front. In doing so if the owners decide to go back on their word you're going to be out of a great deal of money. Being mindful that I still have the text that shows she said we could come back when we were able The owner was fully aware of our issuesShe did not hold to our word this is not the taekwondo way. Thus I cannot recommend this facility for anyone in the future. Because of what my family and I went through. Having been lied to by the owner. I will make it my mission to let everyone know what's happened so that they don't make the same mistake I did . Truly caring about a child is not taking money from a family that you know cannot afford the loss! Shame on you Brown taekwondo. I would suggest finding a way to make this right. Yeah you have your written contracts there is also such things as morals never mind you didn't even abide by your own damn contracts . taekwondo teaches a lot about morals as a part of self-discipline did ya miss that part dear Browns . I am sad to say that this facility lacks moral compass. Lacking in doing the right thing when needed seems they may need the courts help. Update I text her and told her I disagreed with her decision and why. Explain to her about my handicapped and my family is limited incomeand even MD note to prove illness at her request and again ask her for my money back or for my kids to be able to do the lessons . And all she could say is ok not okay I'll give you your money back not okay I'll meet you halfway. Especially under the circumstances of limited income and handicap. Just okay. This woman calls herself a friend of my family and if that be the case I hate to see how she treats her enemy.. I mean yeah you had your little contract but under the circumstances by no means did you operate in an ethical fashion shame on you .I mean look at it like this is that $1,650 that was taken from my family worth it I will be making sure I can deflect every potential client from this "school" that I'm able ethics is a big part of the sport and the ownership of of this dojang Surly lacks .It's ok I got this , you'll think twice before you do this to anybody. That's for sure.My attorney even tried talking with her and seemingly she thinks it's ok to play by her own set of rules so since she wants to be difficult To court we will be going since your unable to abide by your own contracts and you want to make your own rules will let the judge make a ruling . The stonewalling bs is not going to fly with me. My attorney will be in touch as he has been already except for this time he's coming to give you a court date. I can't talk in a sense into you so I will let Landisman law office deal with you. you will then find out that you're not above your own Contracts or the law and hopefully and doing this it sets a precedent and teaches you a lesson that you can't take advantage of people. If it does that then guess what all of my energy and effort is very well spent. If you try to take advantage of anybody else like this your name is already going to be on the courts radar which is exactly what The goal is . Bad business practices is fixing to get you a lot of bad publicity . Your unwillingness to a abide by your own contracts and using an attorney to try to cover your butt is not ok. And it most likely won't work

My brother used to go there for a long time and then after a while left. He now works at the barber shop in the same complex. He says that he loved going there and he doesn't regret going at all. I'm thinking of going there as well. Thanks Master Brown!

My step daughters take classes here. Not only do they love it here, but they've learned so much! The staff is excellent and supportive, and the learning environment is excellent. They make you feel like family, and teach you tae kwon do in the traditional way.

Our son has been going for five years. Master Brown and Miss Niss has helped build conference in our boy and taught much more than Tae Kwon Do, they teach respect and much more.

My 10 year old daughter has been a member of Brown's for about 1 year. We started there to help her with confidence and self esteem. I can't say enough how great it has been to be a part of this school. It has changed her tremendously. She is learning to believe in herself and has positive encouragement and training from Master Brown and his assistants. They make time for her before and after class to work with her on her movements and things she needs to know to go to the next belt. This is not just a school but a family to her - where she can grow and learn and feel safe. I wouldn't take her any place else.

I have been taking classes at Master Brown's for about a year. Master Brown's is a great teacher who helped me grow as a student. He exhibits a great amount of professionalism, so does the rest of the instructors. They make the student pay attention to details and are very willing to help in any way possible. Every one in the dojo is friendly, well mannered, and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend this dojo to any one interested in learning Taekwondo.
