Highly recommend Jeff. I went in already down 100 pounds battling major health issues and in just a few short months I have seen significant results. Small gym setting allows for a anxiety free 1 on 1 workout. Without Jeff I’d still be sitting in a commercial gym parking lot working up the courage to go inside.
