I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Turner specifically but also all the staff at this location. They are all knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and go above and beyond to make your experience the best it can be. Yes, any emergency vet is expensive and will nickel and dime you as BluePearl will. However, they respect your wishes and help you get the best deal. Wait times can be long, but it is worth it for the quality of care provided. Call before you go to get the best estimate on wait times and advice if needed.

I want to say right off the bat that every single person i dealt with here were awesome. Every one was so nice and legitimately seemed to be passionate about taking care of animals. My dog had torn her CrCl in both legs and is needing surgery done which i already knew would more than likely be a bilateral TLPO. The surgeon spent a good amount of time not only examining my dog but also sitting in the room with me explaining everything in detail and even drawing pictures on a white board which i really appreciated. They are caring gentle compassionate and understands the needs of not only you but your pet reasonably priced and have customer service like no other along with the vets would HIGHLY Refer anyone that asks to them
