We had great service. Everyone from the doctor down was wonderful. Lucky have both eyes removed due to infection. He is in a lot less pain and looks great. Actually back to a normal dog even though he's blind. Would recommend this
We had our first appointment with Bluegrass Veterinary Vision today, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Andrea, the vet tech, was amazing with our very timid Golden Retriever. She was so patient, gentle, and took the time to make her feel comfortable. Andrea also did a great job explaining each step of the process and answering my questions along the way.
Dr. Tolar was equally wonderful—very kind, patient, and thorough. She took the time to listen and made sure all of my questions were addressed without feeling rushed.

This team is not only professional, but very compassionate. My kitten had two eye surgeries recently. The communication was excellent as was the outcome. To place trust into a vet/surgeon for a beloved family member is so difficult. Erica and her team earned not only my trust but my respect.
