We took our cat because she has breathing problems, fluid around her lungs. They took very good care of her and us. They took us in a room to talk everything over, was right there when we had questions and answered them and even gave suggestions. They drained the fluid within a reasonable time and let us sit in a room to wait. They knew it was an emergency and we didn't have to wait to get help. They gave us time to talk to decide what we wanted to do. Everyone there was very nice.
My sweet girl was having heart and breathing issues. Sadly, she doesn’t have a long time left. But the staff was wonderful. They stabilized her and I was able to bring her home. The doctors were empathetic and thorough.
Awesome experience from head to tail. Staff is very accommodating and the vet tech was very attentive. The attending vet, Dr. Kristin Quicksall is fantastic, knowledgeable, caring and friendly. This is my second time at Blue Pearl (with a different cat) and the second experience with Dr. Quicksall. I couldn’t recommend this practice more highly. It’s expensive but you pay for the “emergency” over the door and they fixed our little buddy Oliver.👍🩷
