Liz with Beyond Massage is incredible. I've done both lymphatic massage and somatic work with her and I can't recommend her enough. The lymphatic session was not only effective, but she taught me tools I can use on my own at home. The somatic work was something I was honestly nervous going into, but Liz created such a safe, relaxed space that I was able to fully let go and be vulnerable in a way I didn't expect.
