Our first experience with Best Mechanical was a major residential project. Our house is on a concrete slab and the water lines within the concrete slab were about 18 years old and the copper tubing had started to fracture in various places all over the house under the concrete. Adam Pontrich and his crew came and inspected and upon assessment we had an excellent open discussion of the available options. I highly recommend this business. They were extremely professional and kept me updated on when they would be there and what services they would be performing. They showed me all issues they encountered before they began the work. Chris Berger and Steve were awesome!

I contacted Chris because we were having a major plumbing issue. He came out, diagnosed the issue, and had someone out quickly to start the work. Steven and Chris both worked on the issue and resolved it perfectly. I had another company come out before Chris, and was told the work would cost approx. $5k. Chris was able to get the work done for 1/5 of the price of the other company. Will definitely use this company and Chris again for any future plumbing issues. Thank you for a job WELL DONE!!
