I went in for some tests, everyone was very pleasant. When I got there both sides of waiting rooms were pretty full but patients were called back in a timely manner and my wait time was minimal. The staffs bedside manner was above and beyond! My tests were fast and painless and the doctor took the time to answer all my questions. I definitely would highly recommend.
Simple stye in my eye, intial evaluation pretty quick waited hour and half for Doctor. Lots of students running around. Paperwork ask if they could share my diagnostic photos with students. Doctor fantastic!
Their lack of communication is ridiculous. To have surgery, one must have a driver. The day before the surgery they called me to change my appt from 8 a.m. to 6:15. I could not get a ride that early so i had to reschedule. 8:00 appt today
I arrived at bennett and bloom only to be told i was in the wrong place. Their doctors rent space in a surgery center next door, how was i to know? Further i was not given detailed directions. I finally find it pnly to be told Dr Blair is running an hour late.
They are an assembly line with no consideration to patients
