Baileys is an amazing company. The attention to detail is outstanding. We knew from the first meeting that this was a company we could trust. Having a project manager at our home each day gave us confidence and we saw first hand that they take pride in doing a quality job. Everything they did from meetings to their app kept everyone up to date. We loved having a schedule, someone to contact and comfort knowing everyone in this company cared about our job and wanted to see us happy. A bonus with Baileys is we saw that they take care of their employees and care about their success.

In November 2019 Bailey completed a total remodel of our master bathroom. From the initial design consultation through the completion of construction, we couldn’t have been more pleased with the process and final outcome. SIX YEARS later, we noticed a small leak in the ceiling under the master bathroom. After a couple of unsuccessful repair attempts with local plumbers, we decided to call Bailey and ask if they had any recommendations. The Bailey team offered to come out and take a look themselves. I would never use anyone else in Louisville to build or remodel again! We have built two custom homes previously. This project with Bailey was a renovation and we are thrilled with both the process overall and the end result. They are meticulous with detailed planning up front in both design and cost estimates. We came in exactly on budget and exactly on time- for anyone that has built or remodeled before you know how extraordinary that is.
