Not very professional group. They do not respond to any applications that you apply to, their main line does not get answered because no one is ever available to take calls, and they leave your application on, indeed hanging for months on end.

Amazing program everyone one has been so kind and helpful, especially Connor, Kim and Jessica. If I have any questions or concerns they help any way they can. It's a nice change of pace to have so many kind people who are so helpful and the host dealership the company paired me with has been amazing. For anyone thinking of becoming a technician I would recommend this program with wonderful people. I am very grateful I found this program. The online classes and in person classes have been very informative, especially as someone who did not grow up in a family of people who turned wrenches. I have learned a lot through this program and I can't wait to learn more. This program has been a very helpful stepping stone for getting into the automotive industry.

This program was the one I was waiting, searching, and hoping for. You always have personal support for whatever you may need, and it is the most hands on and low personal cost program I have ever seen. You can schedule an interview any time online and experience is not required.

I’ve been with AAG for three months now and I could honest say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. Everyone is so helpful and even if you aren’t comfortable where you are they will make it an importance that they’ll help find you somewhere suitable. AAG is a great first step into the automotive world, supplying tools, and knowledge no matter your experience level. AAG also has an incredibly responsive and helpful team that you can call whenever. However, you must get lucky to some degree as they have very little control over how dealerships run. In my experience, AAG will help you with anything you need and even move you to other dealers if your first stop isn't a good fit. As long as you apply yourself, ask questions, and stay communicative with your AAG coach there is no reason you shouldn't succeed in this program and after.

Applied for aag back in May and they liked me so much that they had me do 2 in person interviews all the way over in Louisville but then came time to present me to the host dealership in my town which is when things went downhill. The host dealership had just hired new people and wasn't looking to hire more people so I had to wait for them to be hiring people but it's been months and the last thing I've heard from aag is someone was working on trying to create a position for me so they could get me brought onto the program but that was in May and I've heard nothing since.They seem like a great company but if they cast the people they're really interested in to the side when a road block is encountered what's the point.
