I went to my doctor on 3/12 and have had 4 conversations with Apria to try and get my replacement items but keep having to have one conversation or visit at a time to still not have my items and not even knowing if they are on the way. Very frustrating from a customer prospective.
Their team is responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. They did in 4 days what my last two suppliers could not do in 10 months. They adjusted my Cpap per doctors orders within 2 days. They discussed what equipment resupplies I needed and shipped them within 4 days. I’m sleeping much better with minimal leaks.
I just spoke with Rashanda . Could not have been a more pleasant call for my C-Pap machine replacement parts. I've never really had a bad experience with Apria in the last 15 or so years. She took my order and explained all the cost and shipping.
