We Love AMC they are so good with our boys (dogs) . We have been going to AMC for 9 years now and they have always taken great care of our pets. The vets are very detailed and the staff is so efficient and friendly. Now days it is so hard to find good customer service, but the AMC staff provides exceptional customer service. Thank you AMC for all that u do for our pet family.

I have been going to Animal Medical Center for about 20 years and am very pleased with the care for my cats and dogs over the years. I would highly recommend AMC as they care deeply for your pets, are knowledeable and make sure to spend time to answer all my questions.

Schedule an event appointment. And we signed it up with a free exam promotion, and they still charged us four dollars, even though it was free

My husband and I have been on a wild goose chase for years with our cat Soka, trying to treat her allergies that cause her to dip her face off. Our previous vet milked us for so much money without compassion for years and we finally reached a breaking point and brought our cat to a new vet, this vet.
Dr. Hertelendy made me tear up with how compassionate and personal she was to us, treating my cat with so much care and understanding as we tried to figure out future steps to treat Soka’s allergies. They took a blood test and a few days later I got a call back from Dr. Hertelendy asking me to come pick up a sample bottle of itch mousse she received because she immediately thought of us when she got it. I was in awe. In the total of 5 years at the previous vet, not once did they do anything remotely similar/kind like this, but only two weeks at this vet and I’m receiving calls checking up on her and feeling like her health is their top-most priority.
I regret not trying Animal Medical Center of Middletown sooner and we are so happy to have Dr. Hertelendy as our cats doctor!
