Shout out to Margaret at Flooring Gallery who goes Above And Beyond for her customers!! She has been a tremendous help to us as we are getting ready to install new carpeting! She took extremely detailed measurements, and guided us through the different qualities of each style, advised us on colors, and really seemed like she wanted to help us. I am SO impressed with her level of dedication and skill! Margaret embodies the best of the best in a consultant, and I truly hope her upper management knows and acknowledges her as such. Update: Brandon took over on behalf of Margaret, and he’s a great guy to help, also! Unfortunately, Flooring Gallery prices came in significantly higher than the other stores (on same product) that I got bids on here in town. Their manager would not match the price from another store, so it was unfortunate I had to go elsewhere. However, the service Margaret and Brandon provided was excellent! 😊

We were getting ready to put our house on the market and needed the carpets stretched. I contacted Tyler and he was able to book technicians for the following week. The technicians arrived on time, took a look at the rooms, and told me that it looked like about 90 minutes of work. 90 minutes later, they asked to inspect the work. The carpets looked like new. The technicians were professional and cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed with AFS and the work that was performed.

They have a nice show room with helpful salesman. They also have a wide range of products. However their installer is not good. We paid extra for plywood subflooring and self-leveling in order to make the floor close to level. Yet after the install there were still major areas unlevel. There is also several planks not glued down properly that are lifting off the subfloor. They also left glue on top of the planks and baseboards and failed to provide us with the extra planks. In summary, while they have good products, I do not recommend having them install them.

AFS is definitely the place to get your flooring. Dan was very helpful and friendly. Stopped by to check on the job. The installers were timely, professional and cleaned up. Best price in town.

Brenda was wonderful! We had to replace our new carpet because of our puppy. Brenda was able to look up what carpet was in our house and order for me. She got it scheduled as soon as it came in and everything was wonderful! Thank you Brenda! Very easy to work with!
