Brian from Air Support came out for maintenance on our hvac system. The company was easy to get things scheduled and Brian was incredible to work with. Attentively listened to what I needed done, made sure all my questions were answered, and then went to work. When he was done he thoroughly explained everything he did and checked in to make sure I understood. If you need anything HVAC related done, I can’t recommend Brian and Air Support enough!
Technician arrived early for scheduled visit. Within ten minutes discovered malfunction switch on AC unit. Technician from. Another company previously said unit was dead and tried to sell me a new $14k AC Furnance. I was distraught and overwhelmed trying to scrounge up money to repair unit in 90 degree weather. Super polite, very knowledgeable, excellent job ! I was so scared by a different company. Into a service plan but no service done- yet told my system is very close to failure due to advanced age and rust on pipe seams. They never even mentioned the possibility to clean the blower wheel.
