I absolutely adored Dr. Smythe and Dr. Rylie. The assistants and hygienists are all top notch and so kind. But I was especially saddened to see Dr. Rylie leave. This was the first dentist office I had been to that I honestly did not mind getting numbing shots(you don't even feel them!!) or any work done since they are so compassionate and easy on your mouth yet get the work done right. However, last week, Aug. 5, 2025, was my first time having any fillings done by Dr. Vickery. I had an issue that caused pain for a week and had to come back. Top notch from the moment you walk in. From the gals at the front desk, to the tech, to the hygienist, and to the doctors! This is my second visit and both were next level care! And as someone that doesn't have insurance and pays out of pocket, they really help you with a plan that works! After getting the care package I saved more and will get discounts and free cleanings with the plan! It's nice to not dread a judgemental dental staff! Their kindness was noted last visit and that's why I returned and will continue to!

I’m 39 weeks pregnant and really needed my tooth to be fixed as soon as possible. The Affinity Dental Dixie has promptly helped me and all the staff were very willing to solve my dental problems. I specially recommend Dr. Shannon Vickery, she is an amazing dentist!
