The onboarding team for ABS was awesome; we met every week to go over next steps and where we were at in the process. If there was anything else needed outside of those meetings there would be phone calls or other meetings scheduled. The communication was great, the customer service outstanding, we had more contact with this company in the last few months then I did in a year with the last IT company we worked with. They listened to what we needed, they gave great feedback and always made sure prior to a call ending that we understood the next steps. They really seemed to enjoy what they do, which shows in their work.
