My Home agreement, home inspection and treatment process went very well. The technician was very well informed and answered all questions that my husband and I had. The process went smoothly. The technician was very professional and straightforward. My husband has stated that he would appreciate only having the one technician coming out to service our home, as he is 10 years My senior in age I too would only like the one Technician to come to our home. She was respectful, timely and efficient. She gave us recommendations on how to help aide in our own pest controls by follow simple suggestions around our property such as maintaining our weed growth along the fencing and wood removal close to the home. We have used services in the past that cost a lot more and did the bare minimum. Please thank her for her service and commitment to doing a quality job.
The employee was courteous and timely. He completely explained all the procedures to me and was attentive to our pest control needs. Based on his comments, he had review the notes from previous exterminators and was able to tailor his chemicals to our specific needs.
Aptive guy advised when he would arrive then let me when he was here. I had him do the exterior of my home. When he was done, he provided me photos of all the areas that he treated.
