AB did a treatment, followed later by an aerate, thatch and power seed. I purchased my home this year and it had a ton of bare spots and weeds. I called because they do houses across the street and their lawns look amazing. I said “I want my lawn to look like theirs”. Just did the first mow after the seeding, and after watering the lawn controlled my life for almost a month! I was determined to ensure I did everything right on my side so if anything went wrong it wasn’t my fault.
Guess whose lawn looks like theirs neighbors now?!? Almost all the bare spots are eliminated and hardly and weeds. Everything remaining that needs work will be more manageable... read full review

This company is great! If they make a mistake, which in life invariably happens, they immediately fix the issue. Heck the owner is very hands on and conscientious. Would highly recommend.
